Job summary

You will work within a well-equipped PT gym, backed by the latest technology, to guide patients on their recovery journey and collaborate with a dedicated team. Competitive benefits and professional growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must hold current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients requiring physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns and adjust plans as needed to support recovery, both physically and emotionally.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support rehabilitation.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the rehabilitation journey.
