Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Pensacola is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care, assess patients, and develop personalized rehabilitation plans in our well-equipped PT gym.

You will supervise treatments, coordinate with the care team, and build meaningful relationships as patients progress toward recovery. Current licensure and CPR certification are required; a Master's degree is preferred or Bachelor’s with substantial experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in physical therapy.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead assessments, create personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns and build meaningful relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrate progress and milestones with patients and the care team.
