You will assess, plan, and implement personalized care plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support patients through their recovery journey while maintaining high standards of safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, assess patients, create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient progress and victories along the way.
