Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our full-time inpatient team in Johnstown, Colorado. You will assess patients, design evidence-based treatment plans, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and independence.

Qualifications

• Current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification required.
• One year of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
• Demonstrates competency in care according to established standards.
• Appropriate application of age-specific standards for pediatric to geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provides services to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit disabilities.
• Examines medical history, evaluates abilities, and develops treatment plans.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and guiding principles into daily practice.
