Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehab team in Missouri. You will deliver high-quality care, assess patients, and develop individualized plans to guide rehabilitation and recovery.

Qualifications

• State licensure or certification as required by state regulations and CPR certification.
• Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with sufficient experience in physical therapy.
• Current licensure or certification and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients in need of rehab.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Celebrate every victory along the way.

Education

Master's Degree preferred

Bachelor's Degree plus experience
