Pinellas County Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in an inpatient rehab setting. You will develop and implement treatment plans, delegate tasks as appropriate, and utilize exercises and modalities to restore function and reduce pain.

The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a patient-centered approach to improve mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required (online certification not acceptable).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Independently evaluates and determines treatment strategies for rehabilitation.
• Delivers and delegates services to identify, prevent, remediate, and rehabilitate physical dysfunction or pain.
• Applies therapeutic techniques, exercises, and agents to maximize functional independence.
• Provides care with focus on strength, balance, gait, mobility, and activities of daily living.
