Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Gadsden in Alabama is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver inpatient physical therapy, create personalized care plans, and help patients progress on their rehabilitation journey.

You’ll work in a well-equipped PT gym with a supportive team, participate in assessments, educate patients and families, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment that supports growth and recovery.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or certification required.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree with sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
