Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy is preferred; a Bachelor's plus significant experience may suffice.

• Supervise care and treatments, perform patient assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
