Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress within a leading national inpatient rehabilitation network. This role emphasizes evidence-based care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and commitment to patient-focused outcomes.

The position requires applicable state licensure and CPR certification, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s Degree or an equivalent combination

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.

Education

Master's Degree preferred
