Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care and lead patient assessments and personalized care plans.

You will supervise treatments, build strong patient relationships, and support recovery across physical, mental, and emotional needs while celebrating patient victories along the journey. Licensed PT required; CPR/BLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license in Physical Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy care to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships to support physical, mental, and emotional recovery.
