Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of West Valley in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care and lead patient progress in a collaborative setting. You’ll assess, treat, and tailor plans to promote recovery while engaging families and care teams in every step.

This role requires a current state license in Physical Therapy and BLS/CPR certification (or within 30 days).

Qualifications

• Must have current state license in Physical Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
