Job summary

Ascension St. John Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Encompass Health - Owasso, is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver inpatient rehabilitation. You’ll assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and work within a supportive team that emphasizes compassionate care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients requiring physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery—mentally, physically, and emotionally.
• Celebrate progress and milestones with patients and their families.
