Job summary

Nebraska Medicine in Omaha is seeking an Inpatient Physical Therapist Assistant for casual/PRN work on our inpatient rehab team. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe mobility, functional independence, and successful discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong team orientation and collaborative approach.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Nebraska or a current compact-state license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire (AHA-endorsed).

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient treatments as assigned by a physical therapist.
