Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Beverly is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care, assess patients, and develop personalized treatment plans within our well-equipped PT gym environment.

You will supervise treatments, build patient relationships, and contribute to a compassionate recovery journey while benefiting from day-one advantages, including a $10,000 sign-on for full-time and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
• Celebrating every victory along the way.

Education

Master’s Degree preferred

Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience
