Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute of Tucson is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver inpatient care and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey. You will assess, treat, and design customized therapy plans in a supportive, technology-enabled environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified applicants hold current licensure and CPR certification; a Master’s degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the relevant state and CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree with sufficient experience in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients requiring physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support physical, mental, and emotional recovery.
• Celebrate patient milestones and progress throughout rehabilitation.
