Qualifications

• Requires a Pharmacy Technician License from the State of Michigan.
• 6 months pharmacy experience preferred.
• Must be able to work with a wide variety of people under sometimes stressful conditions.

Responsibilities

• Works under the supervision of a pharmacist to prepare medications.
• Receives and enters medication orders into the pharmacy computer system.
• Maintains drug inventory in dispensing areas and records medication charges.

Skills

Ability to use a computer keyboard

Education

High school diploma or GED
