Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into electronic health records and process medications.
• Adhere to USP 797/800 and Joint Commission guidelines in clinical settings.
• Provide clinical directions to pharmacy staff and participate in rounds.
• Document interventions, safety events, and ensure patient confidentiality.
