National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Management - Inpatient Pharmacy Operations Manager for a rural Colorado hospital in Glenwood Springs. This full-time role leads inpatient operations, coordinates clinical services, and ensures regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD, active Colorado license, and hospital leadership experience, with Epic Willow inpatient workflow expertise preferred.

Qualifications

• PharmD required.
• Active Colorado Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Hospital pharmacy leadership experience required; Epic Willow Inpatient experience strongly preferred.
• BLS & ACLS (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Lead inpatient pharmacy operations, medication distribution, sterile compounding, ADCs, inventory, and controlled substances.
• Ensure compliance with USP, Joint Commission, and state/federal regulations.
• Serve as pharmacy lead for Epic Willow inpatient workflows and optimization.
• Support medication safety initiatives, formulary management, and clinical pharmacy services.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Partner with nursing, providers, IT, and hospital leadership on medication-use processes and quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead inpatient pharmacy operations, medication distribution, sterile compounding, ADCs, inventory, and controlled substances

• Serve as pharmacy lead for Epic Willow inpatient workflows and optimization
