Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Licensed as a Pharmacist in North Carolina.
• Experience performing in a leadership capacity.
• Doctoral degree in Pharmacy.
• Three (3) years working in a pharmacist role.
• Pharmacy Administration Residency training
• 5 years leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, orients and leads a team of pharmacy professionals and hourly staff.
• Maintains daily clinical operations and supports strategic financial goals through budget administration.
• Monitors and evaluates pharmacy operations performance using defined metrics for patient outcomes.
• Defines policy for the assigned area and maintains documented policies and practices.
• Drives continuous improvement in clinical operations to ensure ethical and quality care.
• Ensures compliant operations with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Collaborates with the hospital unit and Quality organization on key metrics and initiatives.
