Qualifikationen

• PHAT (Pharmacy Technician) certification from State Board of Pharmacy.
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
• 2 years with PHAT (Pharmacy Technician Certification) from State Board of Pharmacy.

• Assists with development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures.
• Provides mentoring, monitoring, coaching, and evaluation of team performance, especially in productivity and quality management.
• Promotes teamwork and cooperation as a positive role model for the team.
• Coordinates services, prioritizes assignments/workflow, and supports decision-making and problem solving.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
