Qualifications

• Pharmacist license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• EPIC Healthcare experience is preferred.
• ACLS certification is preferred.
• Omnicell, KitCheck, CPM (medication carousel) and Pharmacy Keeper experience preferred.

• Promotes positive patient outcomes for patients and families of ProHealth Care using pharmaceutical care and clinical skills.
