Job summary

Lee Health seeks an Inpatient Pharmacist to deliver safe medication therapy across a diverse patient population in a centralized/decentralized hybrid setting. You will prepare, dispense, and monitor medications while collaborating with clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.

PHarmD or BS Pharmacy with relevant hospital experience required; BLS and Florida licensure expected; strong communication and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• PharmD required or BS Pharmacy degree with equivalent experience from an ACPE-accredited college.
• Five years of pharmacist experience required for Bachelors holders; inpatient experience preferred for PharmD.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS depending on site; Florida licensure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, dispense, and monitor medications to ensure safe therapy.
• Supervise technical staff and collaborate with physicians, nurses and teams.
• Support safe, rational, and efficient medication use across the facility.
