Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with IDFPR license (IL).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and improve prescribing, administration, and monitoring practices.
• Screen medication orders for interactions and allergies.
• Supervise technicians in preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Interpret physician orders and ensure timely, accurate dispensing.
• Contribute to medication utilization reviews and MTM services as applicable.
