Qualifications

• Minimum: One-year inpatient hospital or infusion center experience.
• Six months experience sterile compounding.
• Desired: One year of hospital experience in an inpatient, decentralized setting.
• Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy is preferred.

• Provide clinical judgment and distribution skills to ensure pharmaceutical care.
• Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems per policies and regulations.
