Norton Healthcare in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a Pharmacist to dispense, compound, label, store, and ensure the proper use of pharmaceutical preparations while directing Pharmacy Technicians and advancing the department's goals.

The pharmacist will apply pharmaceutical care principles to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes, collaborate with physicians and nurses, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives across patient care.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree required.
• Doctorate Degree preferred.
• Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense, compound, label, store and ensure proper use of pharmaceutical preparations.
• Direct the Pharmacy Technicians and advance the goals of Norton Healthcare while maintaining quality standards.
• Contribute to performance improvement indicators and budget/value targets; lead pharmacy teams to ensure optimal patient care.
