Job summary

Detroit Medical Center seeks an OMM specialist to join the Children's Hospital of Michigan. This role involves providing inpatient OMM consultations across various units and collaborating with a team dedicated to integrative pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an AOA- or ACGME-accredited residency in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or NMM/ONMM.
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Michigan.
• Fellowship or advanced training in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine or Pediatric OMM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient OMM consultation role serving multiple units.
• Provide bedside OMM evaluations and treatments for patients.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of inpatient OMM protocols.

Skills

Demonstrated proficiency in OMM with pediatric inpatient populations

Board-certified or board-eligible in relevant specialty

Education

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) or Medical Doctor (MD) from an accredited institution

Completion of an AOA- or ACGME-accredited residency in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or NMM/ONMM

Tools

DEA, BLS, and ACLS certification
