Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist for inpatient per diem coverage. The role involves evaluating patients of all ages, developing treatment plans, and documenting care in accordance with licensure and department standards.

Per diem staff are required to work at least two weekend shifts per month and assist with holiday coverage. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited OT program, hold an active NH OT license, and maintain BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active NH Occupational Therapy license, in good standing.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient evaluations and re-evaluations and documents in accordance with licensure, scope of practice and department standards.
• Develops and documents goals and treatments for all patient’s during the episode of care.
• Takes responsibility for accurate and thorough patient charging as part of daily charting.
