Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Kyle in Kyle, TX is seeking a Flexible schedule Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our inpatient team. The ideal candidate has prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong willingness to learn in a high-acuity setting.

As a PRN OTA, you will provide direct patient care under the OT, help plan and implement treatment programs, and be adaptable to the needs of multiple facilities within PAM Health. Licensed OTA with current BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed as OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and implement treatment programs under OT guidance.
• Assist in planning and implementing therapy for individual patients.
• Be flexible to meet system needs across facilities within PAM Health.
