Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Hampden is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our inpatient care team. The OTA will work under the direction of the Occupational Therapist to plan and implement individualized treatment programs for diverse patient populations.

An OTA must be licensed in the state, hold a current BLS certification, and have at least one year of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to occupational therapy principles.
• Be flexible to meet the needs of PAM Health facilities across the system.
