Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Inpatient Operations Pharmacist to support daily distribution, repackaging, compounding, and perioperative operations. The role includes final product verification and clinical support across onsite clinics and Home Hospital populations.

This full-time, on-site position rotates between morning and evening shifts, with weekend staffing. The pharmacist will optimize drug therapy, resolve drug-related problems, and ensure care aligns with applicable laws and CDTM

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and license to practice in the state (Massachusetts).
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• 2–3 years of pharmacist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates the activities and delivery of pharmacy services.
• Supervises and verifies the accuracy of all work completed by support personnel during an assigned shift.
• Ensures compliance with pharmacy policy and procedures.
• Documents and reports clinical interventions and medication errors.
• Participates in department quality improvement efforts.
