Atrium Health Navicent- The Medical Center in Georgia seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for an Inpatient Oncology Unit. This 36-bed progressive care environment focuses on surgical and medical oncology care, delivering high-quality, compassionate treatment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating comprehensive nursing care through the nursing process, using evidence-based practice, and leading efforts to ensure patient safety and optimal experience across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license in the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Cardiac RN experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care according to established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience using evidence-based practice and clinical decision making.
