• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; AS/NLA/NLN CNEA recognized programs preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in-state or multistate licensure.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services and follow-up.
• Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise.
