Job summary

PAM Health is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our inpatient care team. The OTA will provide direct patient care and contribute to treatment planning under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist across the PAM Health system.

Responsibilities include implementing targeted therapy programs, adapting activities to individual patient needs, and staying flexible to meet facility requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, planning and implementing specific treatment programs.
• Flexible to meet the needs of multiple facilities within the PAM Health system.
