Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to patients in need.
• Supervise care and treatments, and lead patient assessments.
• Create personalized care plans and track progress.
• Address patient concerns and collaborate with the team.
