Qualifications

• CPR certification required to practice.
• State OT licensure required by regulations.
• Master's degree preferred; bachelor’s with experience acceptable per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery and address physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress throughout the treatment journey.
