Job summary

StaffDNA® is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient care team in a hospital setting. You will help patients regain independence and improve daily living skills following injuries, illnesses, or surgeries.

The role focuses on evaluating abilities, creating individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and families to ensure a comprehensive recovery and smooth discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' daily living skills and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to maintain progress after discharge.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
