Job summary

UAB Medicine, Alabama’s largest health system, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, direct and administer prescribed OT treatments aimed at improving patients’ functional levels. The role operates on a 1 Week On/1 Week Off shift with 7:30a–4:30p schedules and a pay range of $33.85–$55.00 per hour for eligible positions.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy, are licensed or eligible to be licensed in Alabama, and CPR-certified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required; work experience may not substitute.
• Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Alabama.
• Currently CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct and administer prescribed occupational therapy treatments to help patients improve or restore function.
