Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Kyle in Kyle, TX is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our inpatient care team. The OT will provide direct patient care, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and participate in program development across shifts.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

The Occupational Therapist will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs in an age appropriate manner for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health System. The Occupational Therapist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Occupational Therapist must be flexible to meet the needs of the System within many different facilities.

• Education and Training: Licensed as OT in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
