Job summary

Qualifications

• OT degree from AOTA-accredited program.
• Texas license to practice OT in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (AHA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT evaluations, treatment planning and implementation.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with care teams.
• Assist patients to achieve functional independence and discharge goals.
