Job summary

LocumTenens.com seeks an experienced OB/GYN to provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic coverage in Kentucky. The clinician will participate in 24-hour call shifts, handling vaginal deliveries, cesarean decision-making, and complex cases such as breech and multiple gestations, with VBAC management as needed.

The assignment requires board certification in obstetrics and gynecology and will be on-site in the Paducah, KY area, with approximately 6–7 days of coverage per month.

Qualifications

• Board-certified OB/GYN required.
• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic coverage on a 24-hour call basis.
• Experience managing complex deliveries and cesarean decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine vaginal deliveries and cesarean decisions during 24-hour call.
• Manage complex deliveries including breech, multiple gestations, and abruptions.
• Care for VBAC patients and post-delivery management.
