Qualifications

• Must hold an MSN from an accredited university.
• Current Indiana nursing license.
• Prefer inpatient experience.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday - Friday.
• Conduct comprehensive daily rounds from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Perform physical examinations and order/interpret diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians.
• Educate patients and families about health care needs.
• Document care accurately.
