Barton Associates seeks a Cardiologist Physician for a 48-day assignment in Pennsylvania to provide inpatient non-invasive coverage at Grand View and Upper Bucks. The role focuses on evaluation and management of hospitalized patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions, including consults and test interpretation.

The position requires Board Certification in Cardiology and is inpatient-only, with overnight call coverage as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Cardiology is required.
• Inpatient non-invasive cardiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient non-invasive cardiology coverage across Grand View and Upper Bucks locations.
• Evaluate and manage hospitalized patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.
• Perform new consults and follow-up evaluations for cardiology patients.
• Provide overnight call coverage as scheduled.
• Review diagnostic testing and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Coordinate with hospitalists, ICU, and other teams.
• Interpret EKGs, telemetry, and echocardiograms.
• Supervise and interpret stress tests as applicable.
• Conduct cardiology consultations for inpatients and ED patients.
