Job summary

SINGH NEUROLOGY MEDICAL ASSOCIATES in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our busy neurology practice. The role involves inpatient/hospital care across LA facilities, with some weekend commitments and a transition from part-time to full-time.

The ideal candidate has neurology experience or aptitude for neurology, and will work under the attending physician to assess, diagnose, and treat neurological conditions, including prescribing medications and planning care.

Qualifications

• Active California NP license.
• Current DEA license.
• ACLS certification.
• Neurology experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose neurological conditions.
• Provide patient care in hospital and skilled nursing facilities in LA area.
• Prescribe medications and formulate treatment plans.
• Document daily notes in hospital EMR and coordinate with care team.
