Job summary

Society of Critical Care Medicine seeks a BC/BE Neurologist for a fast-paced, consult-only inpatient role at a Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. No outpatient panel, with a 7 AM-7 PM day shift and after-hours call designed for long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities include managing acute stroke and seizure cases with a strong multidisciplinary team. On-site neurodiagnostics available; candidate may opt to interpret EEGs. Competitive compensation and CME support offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO; Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology.
• Fellowship training welcome but not required—strong general neurology background is what counts.
• New graduates and seasoned physicians equally welcome.
• Proficiency in acute stroke and seizure management required; comfort with general inpatient neurology essential.

Responsibilities

• Consult-only inpatient program at a Level II Trauma Center.
• Manage high-acuity stroke and seizure cases with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide top-level inpatient neurology care with no outpatient panel.
