Saint Joseph Medical Group (SJMG) has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurology Inpatient physician.

There is an average daily census of 5-10 inpatient consults with a 2:4 call coverage alongside an Internal Medicine Hospitalist service. The outpatient practice remains in the same building, with 3 physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners supporting outpatient follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Board certification required within 5 years of residency completion.
• Active neurology board certification or eligibility.
• Experience in inpatient neurology consults is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient neurology consults and coverage.
• Participate in hospital call schedule (approximately 2:4).
• Collaborate with Internal Medicine Hospitalist team and outpatient colleagues.
