Arkview Behavioral Health is launching a new inpatient behavioral health program and seeks dedicated 2nd shift (3p–11p) Counselor Assistants to help build something meaningful from the ground up. You will care for clients in a structured, healing environment and collaborate with a supportive team.

The role requires a compassionate heart, dependable teamwork, clear communication, and a willingness to learn in the recovery field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field is required.
• Active driver’s license preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the recovery field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
