Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and therapeutic milieu by monitoring residents and redirecting behaviors.
• Assist residents through admission processes and orient new patients to the unit.
• Establish therapeutic relationships and provide resident care according to Walden policies.
• Document daily resident notes accurately.
• Supervise meals and snacks; assist with meal preparation for adolescents and adults.
• Participate in group therapies and unit activities; facilitate DBT, CBT, Body Image.
• Communicate with treatment teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Conduct daily resident weigh-ins and complete assigned calls.
