Qualifications

• Graduate of medical school with internship and psychiatric residency/fellowship completed.
• Current or eligible licensure by the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine.
• Board certification by ABPN or eligible for examination.
• Current DEA Registration Certificate.
• 3+ years' experience including residency/fellowship training.
• Meet credentialing criteria defined in Medical Staff By-laws.

Education

Allopathic or Osteopathic medical degree

Completion of internship and psychiatric residency and/or fellowship training
