Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Reinforce patient and family education, discharge planning, and provide direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostics.
• Evaluate nursing interventions and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
• Participate in unit-based decision-making and mentor new staff and students.
• Promote safety, compassionate interactions, and coordinate patient care activities.
