Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Henderson is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our inpatient team. The LVN/LPN will provide nursing care under an RN, gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures in age-appropriate patients per hospital guidelines.

Current LVN/LPN licensure in the state is required along with BLS certification; one year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / LVN in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of an RN.
• Gather and report patient data and carry out orders.
• Perform therapeutic procedures in an age-appropriate manner per PAM Health policies.
